Pack Assembly
The battery pack is created by integrating the building blocks into a complete system, incorporating the necessary structure, thermal management, and safety features to ensure reliable performance throughout its lifespan.
Battery Management
Advanced sensors are integrated at the module level to monitor voltage, temperature, humidity, and more — ensuring peak battery health and performance. Proterra’s packs integrate all necessary electronics, eliminating the need for an external box to create energy systems — it’s all built into the pack.
Functional Testing
Packs and modules undergo rigorous electrical, thermal, and mechanical tests to verify safety and performance.
