Replacement and service stock battery packs designed to match the specifications of your existing Proterra system. Proterra aftermarket battery packs are available across current and previous pack generations and backed by an aftermarket warranty.

02/ Service & Warranty

Proterra provides diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair services for all generations of Proterra battery packs. Our service team partners with OEM customers and fleet operators to resolve issues efficiently and restore operational readiness as quickly as possible.

Service & Repair

Proterra battery packs are designed to be serviceable in the field. Trained and certified technicians can perform ancillary bay service and repairs in the field without removing the pack from operations.

Repairs internal to the battery's module bay require service at a Proterra facility. Our team can work with you to coordinate logistics for rapid pack return to minimize downtime.

Warranty Support

Proterra provides warranties for production battery packs to its vehicle and equipment OEM partners. For battery warranty questions or claims, the vehicle or equipment OEM is the recommended first point of contact. If you are unable to obtain support through the vehicle and equipment OEM, Proterra's service team can assist directly.

Any aftermarket battery packs or service parts purchased directly from Proterra are covered under Proterra's aftermarket warranty.

Yes, Proterra provides warranties for its battery packs, either in the form of a production warranty provided through the vehicle or equipment OEM, or an aftermarket warranty in the case of direct sale to an end-user or 3^rd party partner.

For any warranty questions, we would encourage you to contact your vehicle or equipment OEM as a first step. If you are unable to get support via the OEM, then you may be able to purchase service or parts directly through Proterra or one of our 3rd-party service partners.
