Meet Anton Wintzell

Anton Wintzell leads Finance and Corporate Strategy at Proterra, with responsibility for financial management, reporting, planning, and corporate strategy. In this role, he works to keep Proterra's financial strategy, planning, and reporting aligned with the company's long-term growth.

Anton brings sharp financial and strategic expertise from a career spanning investment banking and corporate M&A, including work at AB Volvo structuring and executing complex, cross-border transactions such as public and private M&A, IPOs, and venture capital advisory across multiple geographies and industries. Before his corporate career, Anton served in the Swedish Armed Forces, including a tour in Afghanistan.

Anton holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, and has studied at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management in Beijing.

Dan George leads Purchasing and Supplier Quality at Proterra, bringing rigor and discipline to cost optimization, supply chain resilience, and strategic supplier partnerships. He directs Proterra's global sourcing initiatives and supplier quality strategy in support of the company's mission.
