Meet Jen Miller

Jen Miller leads Legal and Corporate Secretary responsibilities at Proterra, covering commercial contracts, supply chain and procurement, intellectual property, product safety and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and employment matters. She has played a central role in building Proterra's legal infrastructure as a standalone commercial within the Volvo group, helping the company stay nimble and pursue growth in an increasingly complex and shifting regulatory and commercial environment.

Before joining Proterra, Jen held in-house legal roles in the electric vehicle charging and technology sectors. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade in law firm practice as a commercial litigation attorney, managing complex, high-stakes disputes across a range of industries, including antitrust litigation on behalf of a U.S. solar energy company.

Jen holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the California State Bar.

Dan George leads Purchasing and Supplier Quality at Proterra, bringing rigor and discipline to cost optimization, supply chain resilience, and strategic supplier partnerships. He directs Proterra's global sourcing initiatives and supplier quality strategy in support of the company's mission.
