Meet Heidi DuJardin

Heidi DuJardin leads Human Resources at Proterra, bringing 3 decades of HR leadership across aerospace, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer packaged goods, with deep expertise in total rewards, talent development, employment law, and HR operations, and partners directly with executive leadership to build the people infrastructure behind Proterra's mission and growth.

Heidi owns the full spectrum of HR, from compensation strategy and benefits design to performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. She is known for designing lean, right-sized solutions built for the realities of a specialized workforce, including the engineers, technicians, and operational professionals who make clean transportation possible.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and professional certifications in Human Resources and Compensation & Benefits Analytics. Outside of work, she volunteers with Circles USA, Harvest Hope, and LiveWell Greenville, organizations working to reduce poverty and hunger in South Carolina.

Dan George leads Purchasing and Supplier Quality at Proterra, bringing rigor and discipline to cost optimization, supply chain resilience, and strategic supplier partnerships. He directs Proterra's global sourcing initiatives and supplier quality strategy in support of the company's mission.
